William D. Booth listed for sale a one-bedroom, one-bath condo at 1205 N. Street N.W. in Logan Circle for $420,000.

The Booths paid $400,000 for the property in Oct. 2004. The 705-square-foot condo, Unit #D, is located in The Downtown, a development that was built in 1989 in the Shaw Historic District. Robert Sanders of TTR Sotheby's International Realty is the home's listing agent.

Mr. Booth is a partner at the law firm SNR Denton, where he practices energy law. Before he joined SNR Denton, he was a partner with the energy law firm Bruder, Gentile and Marcoux, LLP and has practiced energy law in the New York office of Huber Lawrence and Abell. Prior to practicing law, he worked as radiological engineer with the New York Power Authority.

He obtained his J.D. from Pace Law School, received his bachelor's degree from Manhattan College, and graduated from the Naval Nuclear Power School.
