Croom McDonald Lawrence and Elizabeth Ann Buchheister bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 4419 Greenwich Parkway N.W. in Washington, D.C. from Yolande Fidellow Heller for $749,500 on Nov. 5.
Fidellow paid $429,000 for the property in Aug. 2001. The 1,248-square-foot house was built in 1926 in the Foxhall neighborhood.
Mr. Lawrence is vice president of strategy and insights with RTCRM, a national agency network in D.C.
Previously, he was a senior marketing manager of consumer communications and e-marketing at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and was marketing manager of e-business strategy and solutions at Merck & Co. He was chief executive officer and the founder of eTM LLC, an online financial services startup. Prior to that, he was senior product manager at MDVista, an e-health start-up based in San Francisco, and was marketing manager for Merck Sharp & Dohme.
He received his M.B.A. in international marketing in 1996 from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and his B.A. in government and foreign affairs in 1993 from the University of Virginia.
Buchheister is an account manager at NetApp. She previously was an account manager with Force 3 Inc.
She attended College of Charleston.
Heller is a franchise account manager at Sports Illustrated.
She previously was a national sales representative for the City Business Journals Network.
She attended Oral Roberts University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 4,200 home sales in Washington, D.C. during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $370,000.
