Schultz paid $332,500 for the property in Nov. 2004. The 1,140-square-foot house built in 1910 is in the Truxton Circle neighborhood.

Konysz is public relations manager for ASAE and the Center for Association Leadership in D.C.

He previously worked for the Chamber of Commerce/CVB. He is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators and serves on the board of the D.C. IABC chapter.

He received his M.A. in communication from Missouri State University

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 4,200 home sales in Washington, D.C. during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $370,000.
