PBS Kids GO! manager trades Takoma Park 2BD

Abby Jenkins and Wilson S. Rowe sold a two-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 6827 Sandy Spring Road N.W. in Washington, D.C. to Ambria B. Archibald and Paul M. Pietsch for $350,000 on Nov. 2.
Jenkins and Rowe paid $329,900 for the property in June 2006. The 832-square-foot house was built in 1954 in the Takoma Park Historic District subdivision.
Jenkins is the online community manager and editor of PBS KIDS GO! Interactive. She has been in the company since 2005.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,965 home sales in Washington, D.C. during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $399,900.
