RNC database administrator settles in Near Northeast

Jeremy Lee Kenney and Megan Heather Smith bought a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 920 Third St. N.E. in Washington, D.C. from Vincente R. Tur-Rojas, II, for $415,000 on Oct. 6.

Rojas paid $417,500 for the property in March 2005. The 1,078-square-foot house in the Near Northeast neighborhood was built in 1900.

Kenney is director of applications development and database administrator for the Republican National Committee.

Previously, he was junior applications developer at RNC. Prior to that, he was senior analyst for the National Republican Senatorial Committee.

He received his B.A. in political science from Western Maryland College and his master's degree in public administration from the University of Baltimore.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 4,204 sales in Washington, D.C. during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $375,000.
